Read Chapters 19 - 21

"But God, being rich in mercy..."  (Ephesians 2:4)

1.  Have you ever considered that God tells us he is "rich" in something in only one place?  If he is rich in mercy more than in anything else, what does this mean for the way in which you relate to him today?

2.  What is the significance of the word "being" in the phrase, "God, being rich in mercy..."?

3.  What is the proof of God's rich mercy in your life, despite all your hardships and sins?  (p.178-180)

4.  Do you have a harder time believing God fully forgives your present sins as a Christian than believing that he forgives your past sins as a non-Christian?  Why or why not?  (p. 189-190)
